Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and enforce compliance with the company’s Code of Ethics, including personal trading, conflicts of interest, and gifts/entertainment policies.
  • •Assist with development and implementation of compliance training programs for employees.
  • •Review securities transactions under the firm’s personal trading policy.
  • •Conduct periodic audits, testing, and reviews to ensure adherence to the Code of Ethics and document findings with recommended corrective actions.
  • •Assist with ongoing monitoring of expert network consultations, manage compliance records, support trade surveillance and regulatory filings, and respond to employee compliance queries.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 100,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS (or equivalent).
  • •0-3 years desired experience in compliance within financial services.
  • •Generalist compliance experience across trade surveillance, core compliance, and Code of Ethics/reporting.
  • •Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • •High integrity with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
