Specialist II Accounts Payable

Process and validate accounts payable payments, including manual payment requests, supporting documentation, approvals, and bank/tool uploads (e.g., Trax). Review payment batches for duplicates and ensure payment proposals/registers are approved prior to release. Provide cash forecasts to Treasury for selected batches, back up other sites, and support audit requirements while following internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley policies.
