Job Summary

Solve complex HSES challenges independently while advancing Health, Safety, Environment & Security practices. Lead implementation of an HSE Management System aligned to corporate, legislative, and client requirements, build integrated HSES risk management, and develop HSES plans, procedures, KPIs, and emergency procedures. Coordinate internal and external HSES audits, support tendering with technical/commercial input, manage subcontractor/vendor HSES pre-qualification, and lead incident investigations and root-cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and lead implementation of the HSE Management System (HSE-MS) to meet corporate, legislative, and client requirements.
•Create and implement HSES risk management, plans, procedures, and instructions aligned to contract and requirements.
•Establish and monitor HSES KPIs, and plan and execute internal/external HSES audits and compliance assurance programs.
•Manage subcontractor/vendor HSES pre-qualification and bid evaluation; follow up closeout actions and maintain HSES actions.
•Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis, develop emergency procedures, and coordinate HSES activities with proactive client interface.

Key Requirements

•Degree (or equivalent education and experience) in an HSES-related field.
•7–8 years of HSE experience within the energy industry.
•NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent).
•Training and experience as an ISO standards lead auditor (9001, 14001, or 45001).
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint) and strong communication/presentation skills.
