Support dealers using an online vehicle auction platform by capturing accurate vehicle information, launching new dealer profiles on the mobile app, and providing training. Resolve client technical issues, assess vehicle condition during dealership visits, and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients. Work closely with the Sales Coordination team to ensure a smooth customer experience through attentive, detail-focused service and effective use of web and mobile tools.
