Key Responsibilities

  • •Operational Oversight: Manage 3PL receiving, warehousing, and distribution to meet quality and productivity standards.
  • •Quality: Ensure 3PL operation quality meets criteria and document follow-up.
  • •Safety & Compliance: Enforce OSHA/local safety standards, perform equipment inspections, maintain hazard-free environment.
  • •Logistics Coordination: Liaise with transport companies and drivers to schedule inbound/outbound shipments and coordinate with material/production planners for on-time delivery.
  • •Space Optimization: Design and implement warehouse layouts to maximize storage and streamline picking/packing workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •University with major in Industrial Engineering or Management related fields
  • •5+ years working experience with hands-on and management 3PL is preferred
  • •Experience with warehouse operations and logistics is a plus
  • •project management skills, SAP hands-on experience and systematic thinking
  • •Able to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin
