Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage financial due diligence professionals on buy-side and sell-side transactions for corporate clients, private equity groups and commercial lenders
  • •Coordinate engagements throughout the transaction lifecycle and leverage cross-functional teams and international colleagues as needed
  • •Plan, execute, direct and complete financial due diligence for financial and corporate strategic buyers across industries
  • •Examine and analyze client data to identify key trends, quality of earnings adjustments and net working capital impacts
  • •Draft reports to socialize findings on quality of earnings, net working capital and business performance with insights into transaction issues
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required; Advanced degree preferred
  • •Minimum 6 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing cross-industry clients at a national level
  • •Industry recognized professional certification required; CPA or related license/certification preferred
  • •Strong knowledge in US GAAP, GAAS, SEC Reporting, transaction advisory services or mergers and acquisitions
  • •Ability to manage multiple priorities and simultaneous projects in a rapidly growing practice
