Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead global strategic vendor relationship management and communications as the primary point of contact for high-level discussions and issue resolution.
  • •Drive negotiation support for legal documentation, contracts, and commercials with procurement and legal; rationalize MSAs where possible.
  • •Establish and monitor KPIs for vendor performance, track contract terms and obligations, and manage SLAs/KPIs/scorecards to drive accountability.
  • •Proactively identify and assess supply chain and third-party risks; develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans; support due diligence and onboarding.
  • •Partner with business executive stakeholders on long-term strategic planning, supplier strategies, and vendor roadmaps (3–5+ years), including reporting to oversight committees.

  • •Have strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior executives.
  • •Demonstrate leadership and accountability with experience driving results across teams.
  • •Bring demonstrated risk management expertise and the ability to assess and mitigate third-party/vendor risks.
  • •Have strong interpersonal skills to build, lead, and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Have experience in strategic planning and vendor roadmaps within a global financial services organization.
