Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval through onboarding to close vacancies on time.
  • •Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
  • •Develop and execute sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines using job boards, networks, agencies, career fairs, and referrals.
  • •Coordinate interviews, conduct competency-based interviews, shortlist candidates, and ensure timely feedback and stakeholder engagement.
  • •Prepare and negotiate offers, conduct reference/background checks, ensure pre-employment requirements are completed, and report on recruitment metrics using ATS.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent from an accredited university.
  • •0–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • •Proficiency in written and spoken English; Arabic proficiency is preferred.
  • •Preferred certification in CIPD, SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent.
  • •Ability to manage recruitment activities end-to-end while ensuring compliance with company policies and Saudization requirements.
