Talent Acquisition Associate

Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, partnering with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and recruitment strategies. Source and screen candidates using channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networks, agencies, and referrals, while building talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions. Coordinate interviews, prepare and negotiate offers, run reference and background checks, and manage ATS data, recruiting metrics, dashboards, and vendor/invoice coordination to ensure timely hires in line with Saudization requirements.
