Strategically grow Avanade’s Health Industry portfolio in Germany by positioning Microsoft-based transformation solutions to health insurers, clinics, and other healthcare stakeholders. Partner with Consulting, Solution, and Delivery teams to drive long-term client value, manage complex sales cycles, and craft go-to-market plans across Azure, Data/AI, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Modern Work.

Key Responsibilities

•Strategischer Aufbau und Ausbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen im deutschen Gesundheitsmarkt.
•Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Account- und Go-to-Market-Strategien für Bestands- und Neukunden.
•Identifikation, Qualifizierung und Abschluss von Neugeschäft sowie Cross- und Upsell-Potenziale.
•Positionierung unseres Microsoft-Portfolios, insbesondere Azure & Cloud Transformation, Data & AI / GenAI & Copilot, Power Platform, Dynamics 365 und Modern Work.
•Steuerung komplexer Sales Cycles – von der ersten Opportunity über Angebots- und Ausschreibungsprozesse bis zum Vertragsabschluss.

Key Requirements

•Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb von IT-, Cloud- oder Digitalisierungsprojekten.
•Fundierte Branchenkenntnisse in der Health Industry (z. B. Krankenkassen, Kliniken, öffentliche Organisationen oder Gesundheitsdienstleister).
•Erfahrung im Umgang mit komplexen Entscheidungsstrukturen und langen Sales Cycles.
•Gutes Verständnis von Microsoft-Technologien und deren Business-Nutzen.
•Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Abschlussstärke. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
