Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and influence the UGG Costing Management team, including training, managing workload, development assignments, and cross-functional interactions
  • •Develop, manage, and execute strategic brand OKRs critical to brand success
  • •Build and maintain long-term partnerships with Development, Planning, Materials, factories, and suppliers
  • •Oversee strategic costing plans and negotiation strategies with factory and supply partners
  • •Collaborate with Asia Operations Management, factory partners, and suppliers to deliver integrated business solutions
