Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or Human Resources.

•Knowledge of employment laws, salary trends, and relationship management within recruiting.
•Ability to think globally, make decisions under time pressure, and apply international recruiting practices.
•Experience leading diverse teams (preferred).
