Key Responsibilities

•Greet guests and assist with questions about the venue.
•Promote and sell event upsells and promotions such as parking, Fast Lane, lawn chair rentals, VIP access, and upgrades.
•Assist the Ancillary Revenue Supervisor with setup and breakdown of cabanas and event materials as needed.
•Examine pre-purchased tickets/passes for authenticity and handle credit card transactions per audit guidelines.
•Count and balance inventory at the start and end of each event/shifts and support end-of-show venue closeout tasks.

Key Requirements

•Must be at least 18 years of age.
•High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
•At least 2 years in guest service and communications preferred.
•Prior sales or cash handling experience is a plus.
•Be familiar with iPhone and iPad technology.
