Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain detailed financial models (DCF, LBO, merger models, trading & transaction comps) and perform valuation and financial statement analysis.
  • •Prepare pitch books, Information Memorandums (IM), management presentations, and board materials.
  • •Coordinate due diligence processes (legal, financial, tax, commercial) and support documentation for term sheets, SHA, SPA, and offer documents.
  • •Conduct sector and market analysis including industry research, competitive benchmarking, and tracking sector/regulatory/capital markets activity; prepare internal sector notes and market updates.
  • •Participate in client meetings and management calls, manage data rooms and investor queries, support compliance and regulatory filings (SEBI, RBI, stock exchanges), and mentor/review analysts.

Key Requirements

  • •MBA from Tier-1 institutions or CA ranker.
  • •3–4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Big 4 Transaction Advisory, Private Equity / Corporate Finance.
  • •Advanced financial modeling skills, including DCF and LBO.
  • •Strong accounting knowledge (Ind AS / IFRS preferred) and valuation expertise (DCF, LBO, precedent transactions).
  • •Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (Capital IQ / Bloomberg), with understanding of SEBI regulations and the Indian Companies Act.
