Key Responsibilities

•Steer strategic, high-visibility sales opportunities from early qualification to deal closure and define the customer value proposition.
•Design and articulate end-to-end ERP solutions based on Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain, integrating Power Platform and AI capabilities.
•Translate complex customer requirements into clear visions, compelling demos, and differentiating value propositions.
•Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams at the intersection of sales, solution design, and delivery to set up a credible project start.
•Contribute to the evolution of Avanade's ERP offering through thought leadership, reusable assets, and stronger market positioning.

Key Requirements

•Fundierte Expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain mit tiefem Verständnis für End-to-End-ERP-Geschäftsprozesse in Finanzen, Operations und Supply Chain.
•Erfolgreiche Begleitung komplexer, stakeholdergetriebener Vertriebschancen und Entwicklung von Lösungen, die Kunden überzeugen.
•Souveräne Moderation von Discovery-Workshops, Entwicklung wertorientierter Narrative und überzeugende Kommunikation mit Führungskräften (Englisch, ggf. Deutsch).
•Verbindung von Wissen zu Power Platform, Integrationsmustern und Delivery-Aspekten mit klarem Verständnis, wie Deals qualifiziert und in Umsetzung überführt werden.
•Eigeninitiative, Neugier, Teamorientierung und Fähigkeit, Dynamics 365- und Copilot-Funktionen in Kundennutzen zu übersetzen.
