Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily operation, monitoring, and preventive/corrective maintenance of all facility systems (HVAC, electrical, compressed air, water treatment, fire protection) to ensure high availability.
  • •Ensure compliance with local safety, environmental, fire protection, and construction regulations and take corrective actions for non-conformities.
  • •Provide immediate technical support for facility alarms, breakdowns, and emergencies; lead root-cause analysis and contingency planning for critical systems.
  • •Plan, coordinate, and supervise facility improvement projects, system retrofits, and infrastructure preparation for new equipment through verification, installation, testing, and commissioning.
  • •Drive continuous improvement in reliability and energy efficiency while managing spare parts inventory, maintenance resources, and vendor contracts to optimize costs.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience in building and facility management with HVAC, electrical, compressed air, fire protection, and water treatment systems.
  • •Knowledge of local safety, environmental, fire protection, and construction regulations to ensure compliance.
  • •Ability to respond to facility alarms, breakdowns, and emergencies, including on-call off-work emergency response.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with CMMS or AutoCAD is a plus.
  • •Strong facilitation and communication skills to work with technicians and contractors.
