Key Responsibilities

•Own the onboarding/account setup roadmap and opportunities to grow Wise faster by improving the signup and setup experience across platforms.
•Own the registration, profile creation, and setup processes required for customers to start using Wise accounts.
•Collaborate with Designers, Researchers, Developers and Analysts to enable informed decisions and high execution standards.
•Iterate on product aspects across platforms without compromising transparency and user experience.
•Lead and inspire the team, including hiring and cross-team collaboration to impact the Wise mission.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 120,000 - 148,000 annually
