Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting across assigned business units.
  • •Provide insightful financial analysis, variance reporting, and performance commentary.
  • •Develop financial models, business cases, and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives.
  • •Partner with business leaders to guide commercial decisions on pricing, investment, resourcing, and operations.
  • •Monitor financial and operational KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, and improve financial reporting and planning processes.

Key Requirements

  • •CA or CPA qualification with a tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 7 years finance experience, including at least 5 years in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Finance Business Partnering.
  • •Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and performance analysis.
  • •Strong commercial acumen to influence and partner effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with financial systems and BI tools such as Power BI is highly regarded.
