Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate emerging business ideas into sharp, testable hypotheses with clearly defined riskiest assumptions and validation criteria.
  • •Run validation sprints with a design partner using a tight scope and fastest credible path to an answer.
  • •Size opportunities and model business cases by analyzing competitive and market dynamics to pressure-test commercial viability.
  • •Collect and synthesize customer evidence from coaches, players, families, and prospective customers via interviews, ethnographic research, demand tests, or prototypes.
  • •Produce crisp go/no-go recommendations for leadership and package validated opportunities for handoff to a product team, including recommending to stop when needed.
