Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead full lifecycle customer engagements across Identify → Commit → Deploy → Consume, owning outcomes at every stage.
  • •Define and architect customer Agentic AI strategy and roadmaps, including solution design workshops and jobs-to-be-done analysis.
  • •Oversee engagement delivery timelines, stakeholder communications, risk escalation, and progress reporting end-to-end.
  • •Drive adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics by identifying blockers early and enabling measurable value realization.
  • •Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with technical execution and hit delivery milestones.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership/programme management for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology.
  • •Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • •Prior customer-facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory).
  • •Demonstrated understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including Agentic AI capabilities and Data Cloud.
  • •Working knowledge of one or more programming languages: Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.
