Key Responsibilities

  • •Specification Development – drive specifications across building, industrial and infrastructure projects and ensure inclusion in BOQs, tender specs and approved vendor lists.
  • •Stakeholder Engagement – develop relationships with developers, architects, consultants, PMCs, government bodies and EPC contractors; conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.
  • •Conversion to Business – work with sales teams to convert specifications into project orders; provide support in technical submissions and tender participation.
  • •Technical Positioning & Approvals – coordinate with Product Management to secure approvals and support mock-ups, trials and site applications; position products as preferred project specifications.
  • •Data & Pipeline Management – maintain project pipeline in CRM, track specification counts, pipeline value and conversion metrics; provide regular MIS reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •B Tech Civil with 8+ years of experience.
  • •Experience in specification development for building projects (commercial, residential, mixed-use).
  • •Proven ability to engage with architects, consultants, developers and government authorities.
  • •Experience with project tender specifications, BOQs and vendor lists.
  • •Strong CRM/PIPELINE management and reporting capabilities (MIS, pipeline tracking).
