Boiler & Machinery Engineer

Provide subject-matter expertise for Vistra’s generation fleet, managing the Boiler & Machinery (B&M) program and identifying fleet-wide program gaps. Lead and support a B&M sub team, coordinate updates to the B&M Standard with site staff, and perform spot audits. Conduct root-cause analysis and equipment/system performance evaluations to improve hazard management and asset loss prevention, sharing risk-informed insights across the organization. Travel to sites as needed (up to 40%).
