Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop ATE test hardware and software, including qualification hardware development, for analog/mixed-signal products.
  • •Perform qualification and characterization of integrated circuits to ensure requirements are met for both product and manufacturing.
  • •Collaborate with Design, Applications, Test, Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality, and Reliability to support post-release goals.
  • •Work with failure analysis (FA) to determine root causes of reliability and qualification failures.
  • •Analyze customer returns and yield fallout, optimize test time, and drive test coverage improvements in partnership with global manufacturing facilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or relevant degree).
  • •5 years of relevant experience, including ATE experience with Teradyne Eagle (ETS88, ETS364, ETS800) or equivalent analog ATE.
  • •Production and qualification test program and hardware development experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of electronic devices/circuits and analog test techniques, plus data analysis using Spotfire or an STDF-based tool.
  • •Experience with lab equipment (e.g., scopes, power supplies, source measurement unit, loads) and IC product engineering activities such as manufacturing site offload, qualification, reliability hardware design, and yield/test-time reduction.
