Job Summary

Drive data insights for the finance and accounting ecosystem, building a holistic view of financial health and revenue infrastructure. Partner with Finance, Accounting (including FP&A), and cross-functional Engineering, Product, and Operations teams in Revenue Engine R&D pods to improve financial reporting. Lead strategic analysis, predictive modeling, metrics frameworks, collections loss measurement, and forecasting—while ensuring auditability and GAAP-ready data traceability.

•Drive insights and decisions through strategic analysis, reporting, and predictive modeling.
•Design a metrics framework connecting revenue infrastructure to financial outcomes and surfacing data/reporting gaps.
•Define and execute measurement strategy for collections loss, identifying highest-ROI opportunities to reduce loss.
•Build forecasting models to inform staffing decisions and track progress against goals.
•Partner cross-functionally to ensure revenue systems provide auditability and data traceability for GAAP compliance and audit readiness.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in data science or analytics roles.

•Proficiency in forecasting and predictive modeling techniques.
•Hands-on technical fluency in SQL and Python or R, ideally with data modeling experience using dbt.
