•Handle inbound and outbound calls with existing customers to educate on account status and solve problems or secure payment arrangements.
•Provide customer service to help customers meet contract obligations due to unexpected financial obligations.
•Contact or attempt contact with delinquent customers and work to help them understand their account responsibilities.
•Maintain positive working relationships with the Loan Servicing team.
•Meet or exceed production goals.

Key Requirements

•Must be 18 years and older.
•Minimum of 3-4 CXC/GCE subjects inclusive of English Language, or a U.S. high school diploma or GED (minimum 3 subjects inclusive of English).
•Must have a valid (not expired) government issued ID, TRN and NIS card.
•Flexible availability to work any day and assigned shift weekly, including weekends and public holidays.
•Basic PC keyboarding skills and experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), plus ability to work onsite.
