Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow safety policies and procedures, including JSA compliance, wearing proper PPE, and reporting any safety issues immediately.
  • •Maintain general cleanliness and 5S/industrial housekeeping responsibilities in the shop areas.
  • •Execute production processes, assemblies, tests, and inspections for MOV disk operations according to OMS/standard work.
  • •Maintain quality standards by visually inspecting components and products and communicating quality issues to supervisors.
  • •Safely and effectively operate a fork truck, rotate between stations, and assist elsewhere based on production needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
  • •Ability to communicate problems in product or quality to a supervisor/manager clearly and concisely.
  • •Is fully trained on at least 2 of the 3 core jobs (Presses, Glass Collar, Finishing Line Operator).
  • •Is fully trained on at least 4 of the 6 secondary jobs (Offline Grinder, Epoxy, Secondaries, NGD Sorter, Energy Tester, Ringing Wave Tester).
  • •Experience working in production settings with safe operation of equipment such as a fork truck.
