Job Summary

Join HSBC's Mortgage Business Services within Group Chief Operating Office to support end-to-end mortgage loan processes, including document review, drawdown, customer maintenance, repayment, and account closure. You will handle diverse lending operations, work under SLAs, and demonstrate strong communication, analytical and risk-awareness skills while rotating within the department and delivering efficient service.

Key Responsibilities

•Mortgage loan related processes including loan document review, loan drawdown, customer maintenance services, repayment processing, loan account closure, and loan-related proof issuance.
•Provide excellent customer service and professional communication to customers and colleagues within the bank.
•Work independently under pressure, managing multiple deadlines and adhering to service level agreements.
•Be open to job rotations within the department and adapt quickly to different systems and objectives.
•Demonstrate enthusiasm, rapid learning, and the ability to prioritize tasks to achieve efficient and accurate results.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor degree or above, major in Business relevant field.
•Experience with secured or unsecured lending operation/repayment processes.
•Familiar with MS-Office, especially Excel.
•Strong analytical, process optimization, and risk awareness skills.
•Able to work independently under pressure, meet multiple deadlines and SLAs, with good communication and customer service skills.
