Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical design and execution of major products, features, and engineering initiatives.
  • •Design scalable, reliable, maintainable systems across backend, frontend, APIs, databases, and infrastructure.
  • •Stay hands-on with coding, prototyping, code reviews, debugging, and production problem-solving.
  • •Make architecture decisions and technical trade-offs balancing speed, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • •Mentor engineers, set high standards for code quality and reliability, and improve engineering tooling and automation.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience building and shipping production software systems.
  • •Deep expertise in one or more areas such as backend, frontend, distributed systems, APIs, databases, or cloud infrastructure.
  • •Strong system design and architecture skills for complex or high-scale systems.
  • •Strong hands-on coding ability, including willingness to prototype, debug, and work directly with production systems.
  • •Demonstrated technical leadership through leading major engineering projects and improving other engineers’ capability.
