Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and lead delivery of hospitality projects aligned with strategic objectives and standards.
  • •Develop and implement delivery strategies, schedules, and budgets aligned with operator timelines and pre-opening requirements.
  • •Oversee coordination across design, engineering, construction, procurement, and operator teams to resolve issues and ensure timely execution.
  • •Define and lead contracting and procurement strategies, including packaging works, tendering, contractor selection, and contract award.
  • •Ensure full delivery lifecycle accountability: monitor performance, manage risks/claims, lead close-out/testing/commissioning/approvals, and hand over to operations for occupancy readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related; Master’s preferred.
  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience managing multiple projects or large-scale developments.
  • •Strong leadership ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  • •Excellent understanding of construction methodologies, project management standards, and quality assurance processes.
  • •Proficiency with project management software/tools and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
