Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage assigned project management team members to deliver value and ensure project objectives.
  • •Oversee project scope, schedule, and budget to meet or exceed the project plan and performance targets.
  • •Effectively manage subcontractor and vendor performance to ensure compliant project delivery.
  • •Provide progress updates, reports, and performance metrics to stakeholders and clients.
  • •Foster positive relationships with teammates, customers, and vendors to secure and expand business opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •AAS or BS in Construction Management or Construction Engineering; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree

  • •Experience managing installation of mission critical infrastructure for data center new build and retrofit projects
  • •Preferred professional certifications: OSHA-30, BICSI RCDD, BICSI RTPM, PMP
