•Effectively manage subcontractor and vendor performance to ensure compliant project delivery.
•Provide progress updates, reports, and performance metrics to stakeholders and clients.
•Foster positive relationships with teammates, customers, and vendors to secure and expand business opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•AAS or BS in Construction Management or Construction Engineering; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree
•Minimum of 10 years of progressive construction industry experience in a management or leadership role

•Experience managing installation of mission critical infrastructure for data center new build and retrofit projects
•Preferred professional certifications: OSHA-30, BICSI RCDD, BICSI RTPM, PMP
