Key Responsibilities

  • •Welcome guests warmly and create a friendly atmosphere as they arrive.
  • •Coordinate seating assignments using reservations, walk-ins, and table availability.
  • •Maintain an accurate waitlist, estimate wait times, and update guests on status.
  • •Manage reservations via a booking system, confirming bookings and handling changes and special requests.
  • •Handle cash transactions for walk-in guests and assist during peak periods as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of working experience, including 3 years of relevant hostess/guest-facing experience.
  • •Experience managing reservations, waitlists, and seating assignments in a restaurant environment.
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills for greeting guests and handling inquiries professionally.
  • •Excellent organizational skills to coordinate seating efficiently during busy periods.
  • •High School Diploma and willingness to work with booking systems; GCC experience is a plus.
