Key Account Technologist IV

Own customer success from a technology perspective by managing install base and new-product applications, addressing complex field process issues, and driving application performance to improve customer satisfaction. Serve as a process-technology expert to guide technology development and transfer, integrate customer requirements into product roadmaps, and negotiate process specifications. Lead customer demos, analyze results, support account teams, and make management-level presentations while using statistical techniques to identify root causes and action plans.
