Branch Leader - Grand Central

Lead and manage all aspects of the assigned bank branch, driving branch performance through coaching, managing, and business development. Execute branch engagement routines that grow client financial success while partnering with Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and Operations to ensure compliance, internal controls, risk management, and completed training. Manage human capital decisions including hiring, scheduling, performance reviews, and performance counseling for the branch team.
