Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and troubleshoot plant electrical distribution panels.
  • •Install, maintain, and troubleshoot all 480vac to 24vdc plant electrical systems and Motor Control Centers.
  • •Use Electrical, Instrumentation & Control, Mechanical and Operational skills to troubleshoot and repair process and packaging equipment (fillers, conveyors, drives, packers, palletizers, etc.).
  • •Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servo drives and other electronically controlled equipment.
  • •Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Melter Toledo scales; Install, setup, calibrate, inspect, and troubleshoot process instrumentation equipment; Troubleshoot PLC and HMI (Wonderware and other) programming.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 35 - 40 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years of electrical and instrumentation experience.
  • •Strong communication skills and ability to perform under shifting priorities.
  • •Knowledge of NEC, NFPA, ISA, GMPs, and safe practices in chemical facilities.
  • •Trade school, military, or industrial EI&C education and ISA Level 1 certification preferred.
  • •Skilled with 480VAC systems, electrical tools, schematics, and integrating electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation troubleshooting.
