Job Summary

Own the consultative sales process in a design-focused retail showroom—help homeowners, builders, and designers select products, quote and recommend solutions that fit project budgets, and provide ongoing post-sale support. You’ll greet and qualify guests, respond to inquiries with accurate pricing and delivery information, prepare quotations and submittals, and use suggestive selling while resolving complaints professionally. Compensation is commission eligible with an uncapped plan.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with builders, designers, and homeowners to sell products including lighting, appliances, high-end fixtures, and cabinetry.
•Respond to customer inquiries with accurate pricing, inventory, and delivery information.
•Greet guests in the retail showroom, learn visit motivations, and build lasting customer relationships.
•Prepare job quotations and submittals.
•Assist customers by appointment and walk-ins, using suggestive sales techniques and handling complaints timely and accurately.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 65,000 - 80,000 annually

•Understand the basics of design and interior decorating.
