Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze, improve, and stabilize production processes in close collaboration with the Team Leader
  • •Lead and support small- and medium-scale projects focused on efficiency, quality, and reliability
  • •Identify losses, implement corrective actions, and embed them into standard processes
  • •Champion Carlsberg Excellence standards (CarlEx): SOPs, CIL, and other best practices; run root-cause analyses with effective follow-up
  • •Manage materials (Kanban, order lists), support OPEX budget management, and serve as a super user and trainer for MES/SAP systems

Key Requirements

  • •Training in brewing technology, process engineering, food technology, or a related field
  • •Experience optimizing production processes and managing projects in a production environment
  • •Knowledge of Lean and continuous improvement methods (TPM, CarlEx or similar)
  • •Strong working knowledge of MES/SAP systems or equivalents
  • •Very good French and/or German (written and oral); English is an asset
