Manager-Quantity Surveyor-Data Center

Lead quantity surveying activities for data center and real estate/construction projects in Greece. You will manage interim payment applications (IPCs), valuations, and certification; assess and negotiate variations, change orders, and contractor claims; and maintain cost reports, forecasts, and cash flow projections. Administer contracts or equivalent forms and support final account preparation and close-out to ensure accurate project financial control.
