Design production-ready, data-rich product experiences for a developer observability platform. Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to help developers and SREs observe, troubleshoot, and analyze systems across onboarding, instrumentation, debugging, runtime investigation, and performance workflows. Create component-based patterns within design systems, translating complex technical topics into clear UX. Use AI-assisted workflows and prototypes to iterate quickly and engage directly with customers on real workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to design experiences that help developers and SREs observe and understand their systems.
•Drive end-to-end product thinking across onboarding, instrumentation, troubleshooting, debugging, runtime analysis, and performance investigation workflows.
•Design complex, data-rich interfaces that are user-friendly without oversimplifying needs.
•Develop component-based design patterns and work within (or extend) established design systems.
•Use AI-assisted workflows and prototyping tools to explore ideas, validate concepts, and iterate, informed by customer workflows.
