Job Summary

Lead the delivery of trading risk product capabilities, including workflow automation, agentic parameter governance, controlled execution, and foundational price protection across OKX spot, derivatives, and Perp DEX scenarios. Own product discovery and roadmaps, translate risk-control needs into configurable requirements and success metrics, and partner with engineering, quant, data, trading operations, legal, and compliance. Improve liquidity and capital efficiency while safeguarding platform resilience and market integrity through iterative learning and incident reviews.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive product planning and roadmap execution, owning discovery and delivery for risk parameter governance, AI-agent workflow automation, controlled execution, and price protection.
•Research and continuously improve risk-control methodologies, including pricing logic, risk-scoring models, and handling market volatility.
•Build and optimize platform-level risk-control mechanisms to ensure stability under extreme market conditions.
•Collaborate with engineers, quants, data analysts, and stakeholders to implement and continuously monitor risk systems.
•Continuously improve the product through feedback loops and retrospective analysis of past market incidents or system performance.

Key Requirements

•Five or more years of product management experience in trading-related domains, with familiarity with trading system principles and user trading behaviors.
•An AI-native approach to designing multi-step automation or agentic workflows (tool use, retrieval, evaluation, and human-review checkpoints) within risk-control access-control and audit boundaries.
•Strong systems thinking and technical judgment working with engineering and quantitative teams on real-time, highly available, data-intensive systems and the configuration, monitoring, resilience, and audit requirements.
•Data-driven product decision-making and risk change management, defining metrics and improving through simulation, backtesting, stress testing, production monitoring, and incident reviews.
•A bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a quantitative or technical field such as Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or Mathematics.
