Key Responsibilities

•Support and own product planning cycles — quarterly planning, goal tracking, retrospectives, and weekly team rhythms.
•Drive launch coordination: maintain checklists, track cross-functional dependencies, and ensure teams are go-live ready.
•Build and maintain product health dashboards; surface actionable data to support prioritization decisions.
•Document processes, build playbooks, and identify where workflows can be tightened or automated.
•Facilitate meetings and ensure follow-ups are captured and closed.

Key Requirements

•2–4 years of experience in product operations, program management, or a similar operational role.
•Strong process instincts—you see the gaps before they become problems.
•Comfort with data: you can pull insights from dashboards and translate them into clear recommendations.
•Excellent written communication and meeting facilitation skills.
•Experience with tools like Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, or similar.
