Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure quality of development samples and adherence to milestone dates for footwear product creation.
  • •Manage development and commercialization processes with Tier 1 and Tier 2 vendors across sample stages.
  • •Conduct and coordinate technical activities such as material testing, wear testing, swatch sign-off, and cost approval.
  • •Plan Buy Ready process by SKU and review tech package information to confirm pattern grading and tooling readiness.
  • •Support pre-production/production and lead tear-down/NPI discussions to cascade quality risks and recommend corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in product development, commercialization, pre-production, and production in footwear (or related) within a multinational company.
