Job Summary

Lead the company’s financial reporting processes to ensure GAAP and SEC compliance. Oversee preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, SEC filings, earnings releases, and proxy materials, including key reconciliations and journal entry review. Manage and develop a team, support external audits and SOX 404 testing, and provide accounting-policy and disclosure guidance in partnership with Investor Relations, Legal, Treasury, Tax, and external auditors.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and review preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, SEC filings, earnings releases, and annual proxy statement materials.
•Review monthly/quarterly schedules, analyses, reconciliations, and approve journal entries.
•Direct, lead, and develop a team of associates, including performance feedback, development plans, and business objectives.
•Support external audit activities, including review of audit schedules and SOX 404 testing documentation.
•Develop and implement accounting policies by researching technical accounting issues and advising on transactions and disclosure requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 127,500 - 204,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Four-year degree in Accounting and/or Finance and a current Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required.
•Seven or more years of relevant accounting experience, including five or more years in public accounting (Big 4 preferred) and/or corporate financial reporting with significant exposure to SEC reporting.
•Three or more years of experience leading teams, including supervising and developing direct and/or indirect reports.
•Strong knowledge of GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and XBRL, with demonstrated experience preparing, analyzing, and reviewing financial statements and related disclosures.
•Ability to evaluate complex accounting and SEC reporting matters and clearly present technical information to others.
