Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and review preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, SEC filings, earnings releases, and annual proxy statement materials.
  • •Review monthly/quarterly schedules, analyses, reconciliations, and approve journal entries.
  • •Direct, lead, and develop a team of associates, including performance feedback, development plans, and business objectives.
  • •Support external audit activities, including review of audit schedules and SOX 404 testing documentation.
  • •Develop and implement accounting policies by researching technical accounting issues and advising on transactions and disclosure requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Four-year degree in Accounting and/or Finance and a current Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required.
  • •Seven or more years of relevant accounting experience, including five or more years in public accounting (Big 4 preferred) and/or corporate financial reporting with significant exposure to SEC reporting.
  • •Three or more years of experience leading teams, including supervising and developing direct and/or indirect reports.
  • •Strong knowledge of GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and XBRL, with demonstrated experience preparing, analyzing, and reviewing financial statements and related disclosures.
  • •Ability to evaluate complex accounting and SEC reporting matters and clearly present technical information to others.
