Manage structural design workstreams for residential, commercial, and warehouse/industrial building projects. Provide direction to consultants for complete structural deliverables, coordinate structural drawings with architectural and MEP teams, oversee material testing, and drive QA/QC documentation close-out and HSE alignment.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform design management for structural deliverables across residential, commercial, and warehouse/industrial building projects.
•Review design criteria (including geotechnical properties, wind loads, seismic loads, and fire protection) to ensure adequacy and compliance.
•Analyze loading plans and structural elements to ensure compliance with codes and project intent.
•Coordinate and oversee onsite material testing and ensure correct specification and code adherence.
•Lead QA/QC close-out of shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical/material submittals, and support teams with coaching and mentoring while aligning with HSE/IMS policies.

Key Requirements

•Manage and review structural design criteria and structural elements to ensure design quality and compliance with codes.
•Initiate value engineering exercises and identify early-stage issues/constraints affecting design and construction.
•Check structural systems and the correctness of design criteria proposed by consultants, including geotechnical properties, wind/seismic loads, and fire protection.
•Ensure loading plans comply with codes and project purpose, including pressure analysis for structural components.
•Coordinate structural deliverables, shop drawings, and as-built documentation, and support teams through coaching/mentoring.
