Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure strict adherence to NISPOM and related DoD/IC/SAP policies, supporting multi-discipline security activities for SAPs.
  • •Provide day-to-day security analysis by assessing procedures, identifying shortfalls, and recommending updates to security policies, procedures, and systems.
  • •Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks for test, training, and operational activities, and assist in developing and training the Operations Security program.
  • •Conduct and document SAP facility compliance reviews, track corrective actions, and ensure timely notification of pertinent security matters to program staff.
  • •Conduct loss/compromise preliminary inquiries and damage assessments, coordinate with SAP security personnel for training content, and lead/mentor team members.

Key Requirements

  • •14+ years related experience, or 10+ years plus a Bachelor’s degree, or Associate’s degree plus 2 years’ experience (or equivalent).
  • •TS/SCI clearance required and ability to attain TS/SCI with CI polygraph.
  • •2+ years SAP experience required.
  • •Experience developing and executing policies/procedures for safeguarding SAP, SCI, and collateral data in support of military operations.
  • •Ability to provide leadership, mentoring, and oversight of team members while briefing government and senior civilian personnel.
