Job Summary

Support end-to-end technical delivery of building services projects (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) by defining and implementing strategic technical plans. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver integrated solutions, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor technical teams within a hybrid work environment to achieve quality, timelines, and budget goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and implement technical strategies for building services aligned with organizational goals.
•Manage end-to-end technical delivery of building services projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
•Drive adoption of cutting-edge technologies and sustainable practices in building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, etc.).
•Ensure all designs and installations meet regulatory codes, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
•Mentor and lead technical teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical engineering or related field.
•Minimum 15 years of experience in building services, with at least 5 years in leading major project delivery.
•Chartered Engineering Status with the UK Engineering Council.
•Proficiency in Mechanical design software (HAP, Hevacomp), IES and project management tools; familiarity with TM52, TM59, TM54, SAP and Whole Life Carbon.
•Strong knowledge of BS, HTM, NBC, NFPA and other local codes; ability to ensure designs meet regulatory codes and safety standards.
