Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and implement technical strategies for building services aligned with organizational goals.
  • •Manage end-to-end technical delivery of building services projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
  • •Drive adoption of cutting-edge technologies and sustainable practices across building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety).
  • •Ensure designs and installations meet regulatory codes, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
  • •Mentor and lead technical teams, manage technical risks, and collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver integrated solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical engineering or related field.
  • •Minimum 15 years of experience in building services, with at least 5 years in leading major project delivery.
  • •Chartered Engineering Status with the UK Engineering Council.
  • •Excellent working knowledge of BS, HTM, NBC, NFPA, and other local codes, with good working knowledge of UK codes advantageous.
