Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the consolidation of the corporate P&L, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • •Drive enterprise performance planning including the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), multi-variable scenario planning, and in-quarter forecasting with variance analysis.
  • •Create executive decision products such as rolling forecasts, business momentum indicators, exception-based reporting, prioritized action queues, and automated performance narratives.
  • •Own the FP&A technology and innovation roadmap, applying AI responsibly to analysis and workflow automation while maintaining human oversight.
  • •Develop a modern FP&A organization and partner cross-functionally to influence strategic decision-making, including support for quarterly earnings and board presentations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 230,000 - 271,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10–15+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including senior-level ownership of complex P&L consolidations and board/earnings prep exposure.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA, CPA, or CMA highly preferred).
  • •Strong fluency in modern financial systems such as Oracle, Anaplan, and Adaptive Insights.
  • •Practical experience implementing AI tools/automation or advanced financial modeling technologies, with human oversight for material decisions.
  • •Ability to lead and develop talent and influence senior leadership without direct authority.
