Develop and evolve core backend systems powering a distributed transaction engine and high-concurrency instant messaging platform. Build high-performance Java services for order processing, payment and settlement, and messaging, while refactoring technical debt and optimizing JVM, database indexing, and caching. Help design AI shopping assistant/guide features by integrating LLM capabilities (e.g., Spring AI) and ensure system stability through monitoring and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and build high-concurrency order processing, payment & settlement logic, and IM messaging engines using maintainable Java code.
•Refactor technical debt and optimize JVM performance, database indexing, and caching strategies while resolving distributed data consistency issues.
•Participate in architectural design for AI shopping guide/assistant projects, integrating LLM capabilities for recommendations and automated customer support.
•Lead core pipeline monitoring and troubleshooting to maintain high availability during traffic spikes and promotional mega-sales.
•Contribute to the evolution of the core distributed transaction engine and instant messaging platform.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of Java development experience with strong CS fundamentals, including JVM memory models, GC mechanisms, and concurrency/multithreading.
•Proficiency with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and MyBatis, including understanding core principles and extension points.
•Experience with distributed transaction and state machine design, plus hands-on work on complex financial-grade order or settlement systems.
•Proficiency in Netty network programming with WebSocket/MQTT, and experience handling push systems with millions of concurrent connections.
•Experience with message queues (RocketMQ/Kafka) and storage/middleware such as MySQL performance tuning and Redis distributed locks.
