Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Support clients and investors through the TTF onboarding phase and ongoing daily lifecycle.
  • •Complete and review Investment Undertaking Tax (IUT) and 8th year deemed disposal tax calculations.
  • •Complete and review tax reporting to ensure IUT and FATCA/CRS reports are accurately prepared and submitted on time.
  • •Maintain operating procedures with the objective of enhancing client experience and service quality.
  • •Respond to queries from clients, investors, and internal teams, including escalation of unresolved tax issues and liaising across teams and jurisdictions.

Key Requirements

  • •A college or university degree and/or relevant work experience.
  • •Operational experience in a Transfer Agency or Tax role is preferred.
  • •Numerical competence with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • •Attention to detail with solid documentation techniques.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and work under pressure.
