Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide security recommendations throughout the project lifecycle and guide teams to align standards, procedures, and controls based on risk and compliance.
  • •Collaborate with Digital, Data and Cyber teams to drive a Modern Defensible Architecture.
  • •Deliver technical security advice and design input for cloud, web, application, IT, IoT, and operational technology systems.
  • •Lead threat modelling and security risk assessment activities within the Surface Ships business.
  • •Maintain awareness of Surface Ships ICT security posture, recommend improvements, and mentor team members as a senior staff member.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience across Identity, Network Security, Cloud Security, Infrastructure, Operating Systems and Applications.
  • •Understanding of operational technology (OT) security is desirable.
  • •Knowledge of information security manual (ISM) and global security standards such as NIST, ISO, and PCI DSS.
  • •Experience with enterprise and security architecture frameworks including SABSA and TOGAF.
  • •Provide project delivery guidance by designing/developing secure solutions and implementing security principles; relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) and a degree in ICT or engineering are desirable.
