  • •Create and deliver strategic development plans for the Disability & Rehabilitation portfolio to drive quality, growth, and profitability.
  • •Oversee and manage P&Ls under the direction of the Executive Publisher and meet revenue and article volume targets.
  • •Use market and competitor intelligence to inform journal development, and contribute to proposals and transitions of acquired titles.
  • •Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic societies, editors, and potential editors, and represent the journals at conferences and editorial board meetings.
  • •Ensure compliance with journal policies and best practices, optimize publishing processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality and timeliness.
