Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee reporting and management of time, cost, risk, and scope for MEP projects.
  • •Lead the project team across cost planning, consultant/contractor procurement, design management, and construction management through handover.
  • •Ensure on-programme, on-cost, and on-quality delivery for shell/core and fit-out phases as required.
  • •Manage authority applications for required utilities and perform project control functions (reporting, risk, cost, schedule).
  • •Coordinate stakeholders and communications, issue monthly formal employer reports with progress claim recommendations, and maintain weekly photographic progress records.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualifications in construction management or electrical/mechanical engineering (or similar).
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in workplace, hi-technology, manufacturing, industrial, and project management on major data center projects with coordination of MEP works.
  • •Experience and knowledge of key project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
  • •Ability to coordinate with concurrent base building works.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Primavera P6, and MS-Office (including MS-Project/Project Management).
